Business Development Manager

mostly POLAND | GERMANY

Hi, I’m Pavel, Sales Director at Kentigen. We are growing fast, therefore we are looking for a partner to help us expand our business abroad – Poland, Germany and even further. The start would be ideally as soon as possible. The biggest challenge is and will be finding new opportunities and dealing with partners, which means travelling, frequent communication in English/Polish and strong nerves.

What would your job look like:

1/ Establishing new relationships with customers, traveling abroad as well, more than 60% of the time.

  • Travelling mainly in Poland and occasionally Czech
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Creating, defining and expanding the partner network
  • Establishing cooperation with partners

2/ Creating, preparing and designing customer solutions including pricing, 10% of the time (my colleague from Internal Sales will help a lot here).

3/ Taking care of existing clients, about 30% of the time (this is very important for us now we are expanding abroad). Experience in building international relationships will be greatly appreciated.

  • Presenting and presenting the company at seminars, conferences, trade fairs and in the public space (LinkedIn)
  • Sources of future revenue – through new customers

Reporting, budgeting and meeting KPI’s is there too, but we try to reduce the administrative tasks to the necessary minimum.
